A promising start is to identify your core values—what you value the most in life. Spend time with family? Read a good book? Take a walk in the wild? Values give us a sense of purpose. Values bring about happiness and fulfillment as desire and reality come as one. Prioritize your values and translate them to your everyday actions. This is most demanding, as you need to map a value like "deepen the relationship with familiy and friends" towards your schedule.
